I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MODABREEZE. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, arrived damaged, or if I made an error and shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Any product damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling or use.
Final sale or clearance items.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact me directly:

Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, especially if it is defective or damaged.
I will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and authorization.
For authorized returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
